Chilewich® Placemats are easily cleaned with soap and water. A damp cloth or sponge is all that is necessary.

Should a stubborn stain occur, woven vinyl is very durable and can withstand aggressive scrubbing with a bleach-based cleanser. This will remove the stain without altering the fabric.

Do not iron. This is a vinyl product.
Please do not clean placemats in a dishwasher.

Plynyl® floormats are easy to maintain – vacuum and damp mop. A periodic deep cleaning may be required depending on the use.

Prices are valid for four weeks from date of quote and are based solely on the quantity listed in the quotation.

The standard lead-time for custom mats is two to four weeks within the U.S. Exceptions may apply internationally.

Minimum order for custom placemats is 100 pieces per color.

Pertaining to Custom Tray Liners:
U.S. Accounts: PLEASE NOTE: for custom tray liners, we ask that you provide us with an example of your tray upon sending in your order. This will insure accuracy in the production of your custom liners. The tray will be returned to you with
your order.

International Accounts: PLEASE NOTE: for custom tray liners, please specify that item ordered is intended as tray liner and provide exact interior tray dimensions of tray.

Our tolerances allow +/-3/8” (1 cm) in each direction for custom mats. Special sizes are hand cut and sealed so they cannot be exact.

Production Limitations for custom placemats and table covers:
BASKETWEAVE, BAMBOO, MINI BASKETWEAVE
Maximum size for rectangular table covers is
36" x 96" (91 x 244 cm).
Maximum diameter for round table covers is
60" (152 cm), except Basketweave, which is 70" diameter (178 cm). Exceptions may apply.

The following custom sizes are available:
5.5" x 14" (14 x 36 cm)
9.5" x 14" (24 x 36 cm), customer will receive two different color versions of mats
12" x 16" (30 x 41 cm)

13” x 19” (33 x 48 cm)
14” x 17” (36 x 43 cm)
4" x 4" (10 x 10 cm) coasters

Maximum size for rectangular table covers is
46" x 96" (117 x 244 cm)
Maximum size for round table cover is 46" (117 cm).  Exceptions may apply.

WOVEN LATTICE
Maximum size for rectangular table covers is
36" x 96" (91 x 244 cm)
Maximum size for round table cover is 50" (130 cm)
