The Clubhouse for the Courts at Dulles Apartments in Herndon Virginia required a revitalization. GTM worked closely with the property owner to re-energize the Clubhouse to include functional spaces and modern finishes. GTM’s design team lightened up walls with a soft gray paint throughout, and added accents of wall covering and metallic tiles. The existing marble floors were badly cracked, so the team opted to install flexible, woven vinyl flooring, in a herringbone pattern, over top. We created a coffee bar nook, as a meeting place for residents, along with a series of built-in banquette seating areas throughout the space.
