Located in New York City, Le Bernardin restaurant is renowned worldwide for its pioneering seafood cuisine. The original restaurant was opened in Paris in 1972 by sibling duo Maguy and Gilbert Le Coze. After the unexpected death of her brother, Gilbert, in 1994, Maguy partnered with Chef Eric Ripert, who now owns Le Bernardin with her.
Bentel & Bentel completely re-designed the restaurant in 2011 and added a lounge with a separate menu, which was a first for the restaurant.
Le Bernardin has received many awards in New York, including a record-breaking fifth consecutive four-star rating from the New York Times.
