HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Shop at chilewich.com. To ship items internationally, simply look for the flag at the top right-hand corner of the site and click to switch countries.
We are unable to place an order via phone. All orders must be completed on chilewich.com.
HOW DO I ADD A DISCOUNT CODE TO MY ORDER?
To add a discount code to your order, select "View and Edit Cart" before checkout. Under "Apply Coupon" tab toward the bottom left of the screen, enter in the discount code. After, click on "Apply Discount". You will then see on your order summary that your discount has been added. Question? Drop us a line anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We're excited to offer shipping to our international destinations via DHL supported carriers.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Click here to start your international return. Be sure to have your order number and billing zip code (or, for gifted items, shipping zip code), email, or phone number handy. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging and box, and use the DHL label included with your order to ship your return. Refunds will be credited by our partner, Flow, in the original currency used for purchase. Any shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
We accept returns within 30 days of the item’s ship date. Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original labels and/or tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase click here to initiate a return. If you choose to return an item, our e-commerce partner, Flow, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price. Returns are credited to the original form of payment, and a fee will be deducted from your return if you choose to use the provided DHL return label. Return shipping fees differ by location. Please see the list below for more information. Duty costs are not included in the provided DHL return label. You may be able to apply to your local customs authority for a tax refund on any returned products. Please reach out to your customs authority for more information.
WHAT WILL MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SAY?
Your credit card will be billed by our e-commerce partner, Flow, and your credit card statement will read “Flow*Chilewich”.
WHEN AM I BILLED?
Your credit card will be billed by our e-commerce partner, Flow, at the time of order placement.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS THAT WILL BE DUE UPON RECEIPT OF MY ORDER?
No. When you check out on our website, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your local currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed to you.
