Not what you expected? Contact us with your order number for assistance or visit our Returns Portal. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item's ship date.

NOT ELIGIBLE

Custom orders, samples, gift cards, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

All returns are subject to a shipping fee. Original shipping and freight charges are nonrefundable. Fees may be waived for exchanges on new orders. 

RETURN CONDITION

Items must be unused and returned in as-new condition with all original labels and/or tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused. Please return floor mats rolled with the backing facing inward and placemats flat.
