Located at the base of the Thompson Hotel in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant Central King West District, Colette Grand Café is inspired by the timeless boulangeries and cafes of France. Helmed by the Chase Hospitality Group the 150-seat restaurant reflects the cuisine, décor and atmosphere of French style.
Audax Architecture provided full interior design and architectural services for the restaurant. The interior is divided into several styles of dining; an upscale Parisian-inspired eatery offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, a quick-service dine-in bakery and a retail counter with a full array of artisanal baked goods to go. Overseen by Executive Chef Michael Steh, the menu takes a modern approach to traditional French cuisine.
