La Mar at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel

Opened in March 2014, La Mar restaurant is located in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Brickell Key, Miami, Florida. Overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline, the restaurant offers indoor and outdoor dining in a contemporary setting. 

Chef Gastón Acurio serves up his signature, authentic Peruvian cuisine ranging from novo-Andean fare to Asian-Peruvian fusion. World-renowned Chef Acurio has 40 restaurants in 12 countries and has published 20 national bestsellers in Peru. He is also the recipient of The Diners Club® Lifetime Achievement Award presented by the organizers of Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants list.

Chilewich Mini Basketweave placemats in Confetti and Clementine were selected for the dining tables throughout the restaurant.  All Chilewich woven vinyl products contain Microban® antimicrobial protection.
