Special Shape Waiver Form

In order to produce the custom item to the desired specifications, please submit a CAD file or detailed drawing with all measurements, including any angles that are not 90 degrees.

Custom table mats and tray liners are subject to a plus or minus 0.375" / 1 cm size tolerance.

Custom worktops are subject to a plus or minus 0.5" / 1.3 cm size tolerance.

All custom orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be authorized.
