Conservatorium Hotel, Brasserie & Lounge

As part of the Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam, the Brasserie and Lounge are located in the internal courtyard surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and glass ceiling. This establishment offers breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner from Monday to Sunday. Under the direction of celebrated Dutch-chef Schilo van Coevorden, this dining experience evokes a vision of elegance and unique style. He uses local and seasonal produce fused with traditional cultural practices from around the world to create simple yet delicious cuisine. This establishment chose Chilewich Basketweave Black rectangle placemats to complement the modern indoor/outdoor aesthetic of the restaurant.
