Indochine Restaurant is located at the Delaire Graff Estate in Stellenbosch on the Western Cape of Africa. The Estate was opened in 2003 and is known as a premier art, hospitality and wine destination. The grounds feature lodges, a spa, two restaurants, winery, contemporary art collection, gardens and more. Head chef, Virgil Kahn, presents a menu of Asian-inspired cuisine at Indochine and often includes fresh, organic produce from the Estate greenhouse. Diners can enjoy contemporary décor inside or wraparound views of the valley towards Table Mountain outside.
Chilewich Bamboo placemats in Jet Black were chosen to complement the modern aesthetic of the restaurant. All Chilewich woven vinyl products contain Microban® antimicrobial protection. Microban® works continuously for the lifetime of the product to inhibit the growth of stain- and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew. Chilewich fabrics are GreenGuard® certified, which protects human health and quality of life through the reduction of chemical exposure and improved indoor air quality. All Chilewich woven products are finished in our facility in the USA and are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
