COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
Order with confidence. The Chilewich factory is up and running, and we are shipping orders as usual via UPS. Please refer to our Standard Delivery section below for shipping times during the current pandemic.
Expect timely delivery. UPS drivers continue to pick up and deliver, even in restricted areas.
Not home? UPS will attempt delivery to the shipping address provided for up to seven days. After that, the package will be returned to us, and the order will be refunded less any shipping charges.
Thank you for your support. As a small business, we are doing our best to remain fully operational at this unprecedented time. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate the coming weeks together.
Safety first. The CDC’s advice on protecting yourself from COVID-19 does not include advice on disinfecting packages. Its general advice stands: Wash your hands frequently, and avoid close contact with people. To be extra cautious, particularly if you are in a higher-risk group, you can dispose of outer packaging outside of your home and wash your hands immediately after handling. However, this is likely not necessary for most people’s handling of most cardboard packages.
Due to the current pandemic, orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that currently, our warehouse is only operational from Monday - Thursday. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend, will not be processed until Monday. We appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can to get your orders out as fast as possible.
Once your package is shipped, it should arrive within 2-6 business days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number when your package ships from our warehouse.
We offer free ground shipping on outbound qualifying orders of $100 or more ONLY within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited which covers brokerage fees and border duties. To be eligible for free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, the order value must be $100 AFTER any promotion or discount is applied. Gift cards, packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping does not apply to orders placed on the Wholesale, Contract, Interior Design or Restaurants & Hotels site.
We currently offer two expedited delivery options: UPS Next Day Air and UPS Second Day Air. Orders placed on business days (Monday – Friday) before 2:00pm EST are processed and shipped on the same day. Expedited delivery orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. At this time, Saturday delivery is available only in select areas. Please call our customer service team at 888-851-7130 (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST) to see if Saturday delivery is available in your area. Additional charges may apply. Although we can expedite shipping for custom products, they typically take 3-6 weeks to manufacture.
At this time we can only ship to Canada and the United States. Please look at our store locator to find a store near you. At this time the only option to ship to Canada is UPS Worldwide Expedited, which will cover brokerage fees and duty at the border.
